What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please email michellehuffmanart@gmail.com within 7 business days of your item’s arrival with photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will ship you a replacement if possible or issue a refund. If an original painting arrives damaged, it will need to be returned and inspected first.

When will my artwork ship?

Original paintings ship within 7-10 business days. Prints are ordered on demand, and take up to 2 weeks to ship from our studio.

Can I pick up my artwork in person?

Yes! If you're local to the CSRA and would like to pick up your order, please include a note at checkout that you’d like to do local pickup, or you can email me at michellehuffmanart@gmail.com

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the US is complementary! Any orders shipping outside the US will be calculated and invoiced separately.
